Placed in the fragile visual framework of Orbetello’s lagoon, the project of this housing complex is driven by the idea of minimizing the visual impacts on the lagoon.
through a careful articulation of the buildings, designed to shift the highest buildings away from the visual cone perceived from the lagoon.
Along these lines, the project includes a large green area along the road, enriched by native vegetation.
The vegetation is also present as an architectural component of the buildings, especially on the terraces, the pergolas and in the sand dunes.
